Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using ByteSkipper ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this software.
License
ByteSkipper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ByteSkipper only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the App to transfer illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our services
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of ByteSkipper, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ByteSkipper and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ByteSkipper is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteSkipper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
App Store Compliance
This app is distributed through the Apple App Store and complies with all Apple's terms and conditions. Your use is also subject to Apple's terms of service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
