BYTESKIPPER grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

All content, features, and functionality of CrossCopy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of BYTESKIPPER and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
CrossCopy is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYTESKIPPER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This app is distributed through the Apple App Store and complies with all Apple's terms and conditions. Your use is also subject to Apple's terms of service.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
